We chalk up our first win - BIS 12/01/07
This was my first meeting back at BIS after the rollover and it was with a bad case of nerves that I hit the track again. I was particularly unsettled especially after Allan Jones rollover in heat 3 in the same corner.
Heat One I started out of grid one and led from start to finish.
Heat 2 I started off the rear and worked my way through to finish 2nd behind Trappy who had a huge lead over the field.
Heat 3 I started out of 3 and was in 2nd for most of the race till Jason Campbell got up the inside leaving me to finish in 3rd with Matt Swarbrooke taking the win.
In the final I started out of 2 beside Gavin Fletcher who got the jump on the start and led the race till a wheel parted company with his car. I was able to stay out in front for the rest of the race and chalk up my first feature win in Modified Production!
