About Us

Rocket8Racing is a 2-car Modified Production team comprising of husband & wife duo, Rodney 'Rocket' & Cathy Pammenter.

Rodney drives #8 - a VZ Commodore with an alloytech engine.

Cathy drives #83 - a VS Commodore with an ecotech engine.

Rodney has been competing in Modified Production since 2006 when he first built the VS Commodore. In a tough & competitive class, he has achieved the following results:
2nd - NSW title, Lismore 2010
3rd - Australian Open, Maryborough 2011
4th - Victorian Open, Alexandra 2011
5th - Australian Title, Lismore 2011
3rd - Qld Title, Charlton 2011

2010/11 is Cathy's first season in Modified Production following the purchase of the VZ for Rodney to race, allowing her to take over the VS.
